Adobe End User License Agreement

Customer agrees to exempt Adobe from and liability for any losses, damages, claims, or claims, including attorneys` fees, arising out of or resulting from such dissemination, to retain and defend Adobe. 2.3 Content Files. If you are a company or organization, you agree, at the request of Adobe or an authorized Adobe representative, to document in full within thirty (30) days and confirm that the use of all software at the time of application complies with your valid Adobe licenses. 16.6.3 The Customer may take a copy of the font(s) used by the Customer for a given file to a commercial printing or other service desk, and that service desk may use the font(s) for processing its file, provided that such service desk has a valid license to use such specific font software. . .
